The 10KM race starts at Crno Lake, beginning with 700 meters of asphalt road before turning toward the Otok seasonal stream and circling back to Crno Lake. The route continues around the Great Lake, where it merges with the 21KM and 42KM courses.

From Mlinski Potok, the trail enters the forest and heads to Zminje Lake, then continues toward Bosača village, where an aid station is located at the 8KM mark. The final stretch is a 2 km descent leading to the finish line at Crno Lake.
