The 21KM race starts at the beautiful Crno Lake, beginning with 700 meters of asphalt road before entering the first forest climb — a 2 km ascent with nearly 200 meters of elevation gain. This is followed by a short 1 km descent back to the shoreline of Crno Lake, where the trail loops around its perimeter.
After passing Mlinski Potok, runners enter a primeval, untouched forest, navigating a rolling 3 km section with 250 meters of cumulative climbing leading to Zminje Lake. From there, the trail heads toward Bosača village, where a major aid station awaits between kilometers 10 and 11.
A steep 2 km climb begins here, gaining another 250 meters up to Jablan Bare. The route then skirts Jablan Lake, continuing upward to the panoramic viewpoint of Ražana Glava, adding roughly 100 meters more of elevation. From this peak, a scenic 5 km descent leads to the finish line at Crno Lake, passing the serene Barno Lake along the way. An additional aid station is located at kilometer 16, during this final descent.
